Join the fun at DogFest North Idaho, a community-based walk and festival that brings dog lovers together for a cause. Whether you have a dog or simply love them, spend the day at DogFest and celebrate our canine friends and heroes that bring joy to our lives. All funds raised benefit Canine Companions for Independence and their mission of matching assistance dogs with children, adults and veterans with disabilities, free of charge. These expertly trained assistance dogs make a profound impact through the jobs they do like opening doors, picking up dropped items, alerting to sounds and much more.

Gather your friends, family and dogs and head to Forrest Chapter Bird School in Sandpoint, ID on June 22nd for the 2nd annual DogFest North Idaho. Everyone is invited to join us for a day of fun, festivities, inspiring speakers, dog demonstrations, music, food and more! Registration is free. Fundraising is encouraged.

Last year attendees were excited to take part in the wheelchair obstacle course, treated their furry friends to some puppy ice cream and doggy donuts, and watched a demonstration of an aassistance dog!

So don’t miss out on DogFest. Join the fun and give a dog a job.
